The Great Sphinx of Giza
The Great Sphinx of Giza is commonly called as Sphinx. It is located on the Giza Plateau on the west bank of the Nile River on the east side of the Giza Pyramid Complex. It is the largest monolith statue and oldest known monumental sculpture in the world.
